The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your request to join the agent program and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or TOAST.net may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

TOAST.net agrees to provide the following:

• Your customers receive our lowest advertised price on any service from TOAST.net.  You can offer our promotions, like 1st month of Dial-up for $1.00.
• Member cancellations, which involve a refund of all payments, will be deducted from future commissions paid to Agent.

Agents

• A monthly commission to Agent equal to 15% (5% for DSL and T-1 service plans) of collected revenue for previous month. This applies only to active accounts that were signed up by respective Agent. Minimum commitment to receive payment is $100/month of revenue ($15 payment to Agent). Maximum duration of payments is 3 years per customer.

Affiliates

• A monthly commission up to $30 per sign-up, rates are adjusted up based on the number of sign-ups an affiliate generates.

Agent/Affiliate Partner agrees:

• Purchase a TOAST.net account. This could be Dial-up, DSL, Web Hosting, etc.
• Market TOAST.net services to potential customers.

Terms and Conditions:

TOAST.net may modify this agreement from time to time by placing a notice of such modification at http://www.toast.net/agents/, and user's continued participation in the program following notice of such modification shall be deemed to be the user's acceptance of any such modification. It is user's responsibility to check this online area regularly to determine whether this agreement has been modified. If user does not agree to any modification of this agreement, user must immediately stop referring customers through this program.
