We recommend downloading the TOAST.net Dialer which is preloaded with all the access numbers and automatically sets up a connection. For manual connections, you need to include @toast.net in your username (e.g. batman@toast.net) when dialing in.
Static IP and ISDN customers should call TOAST.net because not all numbers support these services.
